I am an Iranian and I listened the history, told by Master Alhaj. History of piegeons who once being flied the house-the roof they used to be landed was destroyed-exploded and so they lost their home, their refuge, their identities and they did not know where they can go-fly....like many of us who don't know where we can find our identities, our dignities , our rootes. Best regards to Master Alhaj.

Profoundly heartbreaking. And yes, he is a master. A genius musician and human being. My prayers go to all who are suffering. Peace, please.

well, in a way is because of the atmosphere, but also because of the story behind the song. I believe it feels different when you can listen to what you have created. Maybe this performance felt different in a way, maybe the feeling dont disappear even after several plays. What I can say is that the song itself as a musical piece delivers a strong message, and its enhanced after you have seen the creator itself sobbing. I just cant imagine the pain and suffering that he and his brothers and sister might be feeling. We truly are priviledged to be living in a place half as safe.

Believe me I completely understand. No words can express how we feel, but music does that every single time because you feel it.
