Plarium allow Rotos to go imediatly upon gaining an extra attack from his A1 (30% chance of an extra turn), with Catacomb councelor it's possible for Rotos to gain control from Catacombs A3.

Perfect with reflex gear for CB, his built in life steal works well for first 3 turns to get the unkillable going

Ya i was sad to Fuze him during the Maulie fusion - i thought he was pretty cool looking at the time. Finally pulled him again so I'm excited this guide came out when it did. Also with the CB meta changing back to speed he's a great budget longbeard for that.

Got skullcrusher and was very important for me but then i got valkyrie and now my clan hates me coz it was my firfirst/only lego and i play tottally free 😂😂😂😂

Catacomb Councillor is awesome, i love using him! I built him with 4000+ ATK and 150 crit dmg and he does some good damage from his attacks.

For a speed CB, he pairs well with Juliana in my team, her a1 when crits give her turn meter (hits twice so can proc twice), making Juli speed through her turns so fast her poisons never fall off, and her HP burn is always up.

I have had him for months now! everyone said he was thrash but i knew he had potential, when i got tormin and skullcrown this guy SMASHED my arena enemies lol and he isn't even 60 yet

My rally team is long beard, kymar, bellower, draco, zavia. Debuff, aoe poison with kymar (helps zavias a3 a lot, aoe nuke with bellower that can block cool down skills, single target chance to apply 3x5% poisons (helps balance damage to the single target boss fights).

I knew I was going to work on this guy soon enough but been so busy doing everything else and trying to complete this rotos fusion mad as hell I missed the last rare fusion champ from dragons tournament lol. Hope I can still pull from shards before the fusion is up

Atm I use longbeard for this. In arena I use longbeard, prince Kymar, umbral enchantress and tundra. Once I get it speed tuned properly and accuracy high enough it's going to be dirty. Got to do some more dungeons to get gold 4 on easy farm

I'm working on getting him with the current fusion. Itching to try out ally attack in the arena. And maybe he will help improve the speed of some of my dungeon runs. :)

Thanks for the video. Do you think he's worth sacrificing my only Soulbond Bower to fuse? He's the only fusion I could get from the event, though I was 1 champion off the legendary.

Man I was going to open my 7 void shards for the bride chick, so I start with my first shard and boom got Venus! I stopped there, so I've got 7 shards again thanks to CB rewards. She was free really lol!

I think, may be WM/GS damage also doesn't trigger Ice Golem's ability. So we can't surely say what happened there.

Just wondering if anyone has thought to use this guy in a blender arena team? My thoughts are, Umbral Enchantress with mass speed and accuracy to place a provoke, Catacomb Councilor, Skullcrown and Sinesha with slow speed. After the team is provoked they bring her health down making her A1 stronger then Catacomb being the next fastest starts the blender. Just wondering what that would look like before I invest in Catacomb.

I got lucky enough to get a Longbeard, would this be the lego version of Councilor? Sad to say that I fooded my 2 Councilors to get Rotos...More challenges needed so you find those sleeper champs.

i use him in CB along with OutlawMonk which i have a relentless set on him, GUES what happens when i use ally atack, YUP Monk gets a turn EVEN tho it is NOT hes turn LOL

@@williamvt9630 i got a LongBeard which with hes ally atack skill the whole team joins in, but i still use Catacomb=only in FW got him wth Reflex set, sam as my LongBeard and i have an accessory to prevent skill CD, ive had them 4-6 turns using ally atack which si BROKEN :D Catacomb is only lvl50 btw, theirs no need to max him out cuz you only need him for the ally atack.

I might be wrong to say this, but all your builds look the same. Attack champions should have attack prioritized. Something else plarium needs to look into.
