Only my absolute best catches from railfanning in 2016. By far my best year of railfanning yet! This video includes many types of locomotives and railroads that cannot be seen any more or are very uncommon to see roaming the rails, such as the CSX C40-8 standard cab and CSX AC6000CW YN2 paint schemes. Enjoy!

Before happy new year 2016! The first Norfolk southern AC44C6M locomotives were #4000, and #4001. On September 2016, Norfolk Southern AC44C6M were #4002, #4004. And the rest of the locomotives were #4003, #4005, #4007, #4008, #4009, #4010, #4011, #4012, #4013, and #4014.

I discovered your channel a few weeks ago and have been enjoying it ever since! I'm originally from Northeast Ohio but have lived in NC most of my life. I have family that lives in Mentor and go rail fanning under the bridge every time I visit so having your channel brings those trips right to my living room lol. I also like how you zoom in on the EMD locomotives cuz I'm looking for those to👍🏼. I remember seeing brand new sd80macs go through there over 20 years ago. I was glad that csx ended up taking over the Chicago line through mentor since it's my favorite railroad. My wife is from Sandusky so when we visit there I get to see the NS portion which is just as busy. Sorry for rambling

2016 was a fun year to railfan around Cleveland. I saw a lot of trains especially on NS. I remember one Sunday night/Monday morning being at Berea until 2 or 3 am because they were single tracked around Hudson and trains were backed up all over the place. Whats your favorite spot to railfan at?

Important: BNSF #7553, #5416, #5162, #5212, #3967, and #7838 were involved for Panhandle train collisions on June 28th 2016. The first locomotive was BNSF ET44AC #3967 the Tier 4 and now, it was a scrap! So, I will miss you #7553, #5416, #5162, #5212, #3967 and #7838. I will miss you six of the BNSF train!
