It’s not even on because that’s a mechanic bell and the sound is an e bell Plus the lights aren’t on

Thank you for your comment. I add in the sound on my shorts to give them a little more pizzazz. The sound that I put in is my own from another train video that I got over the summer.

Antonio if there’s a mechanical bell on a railroad crossing how would that turn the signal OFF? like how would a hammer and piece of metal (that’s pretty much a mechanical bell) interfere with the whole signal?

I add in the sound afterwards. I don't always get lucky enough to have a train going by when I'm filming these railroad crossing signals. That's why they're not flashing. But the sound is mine original from another train passing I caught over the summer.

That is the sound from another one of my train videos and I put that in pretty much all of my shorts with railroad crossings to give it a little more substance.
