Hey Jon, thanks to your video, I ended up buying the game and it's expansion :) However, while reading the rules for the base game, I noticed that it says that shares can be sold at anytime for $150. Wouldn't that mean that you should get change when paying for actions using shares? Because you're effectively selling the share for cash and then using some of that cash to pay for something.

Wow, you are right! It looks like I've been playing this one wrong all along. I'll add a note to the Klingon subtitles, thanks for pointing that out. I hope you enjoy it with the expansion!

In your review for Railroad Revolution you seemed to have a very mixed opinion of the game. It seemed like you loved the mechanics but had some huge concerns regarding the balance of some strategies. Do you feel like a Railroad Evolution addressed those concerns and has it changed your opinion of the game?

Oh yeah. Evolution completely fixed all the issues that I had with the game, I love with the expansion and I see it as essential.

Ha, that would be quite the throw back. Trying to simulate the trading aspect of that game while playing against myself would be a real challenge.

At about 18 minutes I think you made a mistake. When you take the trade action you have to sell your cheapest thing, and only if you have both track and stations in your leftmost spot can you choose which to sell.

I appreciate your videos, but I will not be watching this one as the expansion I heard is nearly impossible to get and without it the game may be broken.

@@JonGetsGames oloboloboo- I also bought directly from the publisher overseas about 2 weeks ago and it was about $35 US, quick shipping.

@@barrypeterson2561 Same here, plus I'm sure it will be in the US shortly. You can pick them up at the same time and them watch.
