Also featuring the 'Pendo drag' - look out for Holyhead Shunter and raconteur Garnedd Jones (know to friends as Garnie) coupling the 57 up to the Pendolino . I understand that Garnie retired from the railway on the morning of 22nd April 2020 so I wish him all the best and look forward to celebrating with him once lockdown has been lifted. The film concludes with a visit to the border area between Ruabon and Chirk to capture services run by the late lamented Wrexham & Shropshire Railway company.
