New Zealand's National Film Unit presents - 'Railway Worker' (1948)
A finely planned and executed film showing how the men and women of New Zealand's Railways live and work. As the son of the family comes home from late shift in the workshops, the father leaves to drive the Limited Express roaring through the night, past the mountains, through the forests and tunnels, over the high viaducts to the city terminal in the dawn.
