Man shows up out of nowhere---no introduction, no dialogue. He just appears and kicks the absolute snot out of Kung Lao, revealing himself to be potentially one of the strongest characters in the MKC canon. Then he just disappears at the end of the episode, never returns and is never even mentioned again. Absolute Chad.

You sure? I remember Shao Kahn mopping the floor with someone during the show. I’m not talking about Raiden either. A bunch of his goons were chanting “Shao Kahn! Shao Kahn!” during the fight.

The Rain from Conquest was really good. If only he was more like that in some of the later games instead of what they made him. Hopefully we'll get a superior Rain in the future.

Just happened to find your channel with this video specifically earlier, then subscribed! I also just started watching the Mortal Kombat Conquest series about a month ago and I'm already close to the end. Wish they had the budget necessary to support a second season back then, since it's actually quite remarkable. From the music itself to the character interactions, the subtle comedy and all of the references and cameo appearances, all the way down to the fight choreography within each episode. Dare I say it's a flawless victory, in my honest opinion. Also glad they did Rain some justice in Conquest as opposed to the second movie, where he's complete fodder and simply discarded.
