I used to live in the Philippines. That looks like a light rain. During the rainy season, it would pour rain for months with no end. One of the most beautiful counties on earth.

It was entertaining to see the children bathe and play in the rain. I hope I could return to my childhood and have this type of fun again. Thank you for providing such a beautiful video. A wet day and a dry day produce vastly different sounds, scents, and sights. Keeping youngsters inside when it's raining limits their exposure to the world. Listening to the splash a puddle creates as someone jumps in is a source of great joy.

It was enjoyable to see the youngsters play and bathe in the rain. I would go back to my childhood and do it again. It's wonderful to bathe in the rain. When you arrive home, your mother will reprimand you and inform you that you are going to be sick. Who could relate to this?

i am not sure that i can agreed you, at least partly i am sure most of the places is stinking from all garbage and most buildings seams to either undone or destroyed, perheaps it would be a nice visit but to live there ? i think it is better to visit the place by youtube or other app 🙂

I like that Filipinos are not afraid of rain. Both girls and boys are walking under it, laughing and having fun. And they are not afraid to get wet. I would do that too. Was I a Filipino in a previous life?

In the upper class countries, nobody's in the rain. When it rains, everyone stays in. But here, you would think it was summertime! These ppl don't need much to have a good day. They may not have a lot but their community has more than what a lotta us don't, unity. Look at their faces! Look at the kids and the children running about. This is true freedom! This is what being content looks like. Not one fight, one argument, one negative person the camera catches - just pure innocence

Sorry but i need to be ironic when you see people smiling to a camera don't know anything about them but assume their lives are happy. Is not the same but remind me like in Thailand in the bar girls area when the girls call the guys and the guys be like "oh they love me because i buy lady drinks.", but if you look at the girls from far you notice how miserable they are 🤣

Can't say if it's tradtion, but it usually happens during first few weeks of the start of the rainy season, after a very hot summer season. The adults encourage the children to go out and play. When it rains often it won't be like this anymore, only a few would be out in the rain when they like to.

Beautiful video, Jiggers TV; I enjoy watching and hearing the heavy rain. As long as it doesn't cause significant damage to people's property. I am currently sitting outside in my garden in London, under a parasol. It was around 11.30 p.m., and we were experiencing a rainstorm with strong rain. But it was nothing compared to the incredible rain in the Philippines. Thank you for filming everything outside.

Nah, im pretty happy and im not poor. And I enjoy the quality of a warm home, health insurance, clean water, good food and an education for my children. There is this thing called a balance in life, you dont need to be poor to achieve happiness.

Salam dari Indonesia... We have so much common in terms of people, cultures, habits, languages, even the streets and slums are very much alike. But you have plenty of beautiful mixed races like with Chinese, whites, Europeans, Arabs , etc even in the poorer areas.. Im also come from not a rich family, so I know exactly what it's like to live in these types of places. ❤
