mods used:
candycane spears by sov_sam and lbgamer
downpour by leemoriya (github.com/LeeMoriya/Downpour)
festiveworld by slime_cubed (drive.google.com/file/d/16LL8...)
and a dumb edit I made to turn the green neuron into a present

A slugcat that imitates a flying object in the sky that brings joy and happyness to billions, just by climbing down a chimney and placing nice colored wraped cubed like shapes... Except slugcat doesn't do any of that, because they only deliver one box to one person in the middle of nowhere, and enters from pipes instead of a chimney. Still, he is still delivering and is still a christmas slug cat.

The way scavengers happily waggle their spears at you is just too precious. This was really wholesome. I'm glad Moon could have her neurons back.

That waggle is actually them telling you that you're not allowed to pass.

They do that to indicate that the Toll has not been paid in full. If they wave they're arm above them in a sort of circling motion then that means the toll has been paid and that your allowed though. They also have other gestures such as pointing and preparing to throw.
