Still remember doing this in an indoor match but play had to be stopped as the rules were you had to keep the ball at close to the ground ☹️

I actually do it using a different technique to this vid - I put my dominant right foot behind my left leg to the side with my toe facing up then use my toe to flick the ball up and forwards seems to work good for me every time

One more point (it helped me a lot) 1.Whenever you roll the ball upwards, make sure that your rights foot's back is facing right in the middle of the ball and lift your right foot a little(stand on your toes) when you kick the ball.
