Business is worse than ever, so Red decides to turn all the Rainbow Friends into babies! Now that they are cute and cuddly, they are easier for him to control and will prove in lots of new customers. To make sure they stay in line he's made a new cyborg Rainbow Friends named Teal to be their terrifying baby sitter.
