The "11 points of articulation" would imply the dolls either have wrist articualtion or thigh swivel, for reference the current dolls only have 9. Sunny's hand is positioned upward so wrist articualtion would seem the most plausible.👍🏼😎

Actually, no. The knees are counted as two joints each due to being double-jointed.

@@fridawarnemyr6025 Nope, they've never counted the double-jointed knee as its own point of articulation. The average pre-rebrand doll for example has 13 points of articulation, head tilt (1), shoulders (2), elbows (2), wrists (2), upper thigh (2), thigh swivel (2), and knees (2), males had an additional ankle articulation (2) givng them 15 points in total. Then there were special edition dolls like Jett who have 16 points of articulation, with added chest (1) and ankle articulation (2). Mind you not every special edition doll has added chest or ankle articulation, such as Maria Garcia & Lily Cheng and some just have ankle articulation but lack chest articulation like Roxie Grand & Paris Hilton. It varies from doll to doll.

The moonbows are unfortunate but I’m also aware that they’re prototypes (most of the faces look edited too). And today Spectra already proved how drastically a face can change from this stage to the stock photos. That being said, the pink one just looks so sad. Who hurt you bestie? The blue one is serving face wise though, she looks like she just won the lawsuit against her ex husband and is taking everything he has (though her outfit is Barbie extra-core)

Okay, wow. Those Winter Wonderland dolls are feasting, like to come out with these after that interesting rebrand? Ooh. Even if they don't have standard RH articulation and end up being just glorified fashion packs, they ate so hard with those outfits. The Moonbows are a lot less interesting to me, I might just steal that 3rd one's head and call it a day but they look pretty cool! It's giving fashion and I just couldn't be happier!

I have a theory… if Rainbow World is a portal that they entered into. And they can also come out of. That means that Rainbow High isn’t dead completely. They’re just pivoting to the young audience. And then they can also go back to how things used to be. And I think they will. Depending on profit margins and how things look. It really just boils down to money. Because marketing dolls to a doll collector market wasn’t doing well, had dolls sitting on shelves for months. Tbh.

Yeah, I think these dolls will be a pass for me. I don’t like any of their outfits, and both their face sculpts and the sculpts of the color and create dolls are…off…to me. It’s like they’re partly chibi looking, a style I really dislike. I never even liked the OMG dolls because of it.

The moonbows are... interesting. I like the pink one's outfit at lot too, and i actually think the orange and pink ones weird faces are cute (kinda alien in a way but cute) but the glitter legs just dont make a lot of sense or tie in with literally anything

If the doll base for the Moonbow dolls are all filled with glitter, these can be very good candidates to swap Novi or even other alien doll heads if you want a taller base (plus opportunity to steal the outfits jcndnxndnc) Also im HEAVILY disappointed too these werent going to be pastel goth, MGA makes killer alt goth looks with other lines

Rainbow High is in its "see what sticks" era, I think. 🥲The new Winter line looks decent. Poor Skyler seems to be getting all the questionable outfits now. Moonbows would be kind of cool, if they weren't RH (I do like the pink one's outfit though.) The C&C dolls look ok. Annoyed we get varied outfits now, but not the good articulation. I might get some of the winter dolls, but eh. MGA isn't killing the brand, they're putting a lot of effort into it. But they're definitely killing the idea of what it was.

1) 11 poa means neck, shoulders, elbows, thighs and double-jointed knees. 7 means the knee articulation is gone, but everything else is the same. 2) I like the pink Moonbows doll. Very kawaii. 3) Skyler looks so off with the mermaid-tail skirt, but I love her hair! Bella is cute too. Violet has a great hairstyle but I'm not liking the huge pants. Hoping for some more irl pics soon. 4) There are new pics for upcoming Tween dolls!

i actully really like the winter line sunny is so cute, violet is also cute. i need a better image of bellas outfit to know if like her. i kinda like the moon bows they seem interesting i like the orage and pink one. all 3 of the color reveal dolls are nice as well. these leaks defintly gave me hope for the brand.

I feel so intensely disappointed by the Rainbow High Rebrand. The fashions aren't as good, they lost articulation, and now MGA is literally releasing dolls with limited articulation that look like Shadow High wannabes after Shadow High gets canceled. The Moonbows certainly feel like MGA is rubbing salt in that wound to me. I loved original Rainbow High, but I really am not feeling this Rebrand at all, unfortunately!🖤💜
