I think it was very much inevitable that I would make a video like this.
I had one lined up before this one but life got in the way of editing it. I still plan on uploading it BUT LET'S TALK ABOUT SHEGO.
Honestly it was a bit of a rough ride. I did things differently to how I usually make my customs.
In the past I've gone straight in with paint. this time around I wanted to play with some WC pencils. In many ways it makes the process faster, in others it makes it harder. I guess I'm yet to find the golden lining but I'm excited to keep experimenting.
I thoroughly enjoyed making this custom and I hope it was as much fun for you watching me create her

Since I made them for Halloween I wanted to make it seem more like Harley wearing a costume rather than the character itself. That's why I kept majority of her hair green. As of right now I don't have Kimmie on the list but maybe next year 👀

I was wondering what you were going to do for her lower lip since both she and Kim only have a suggestion of a lower lip with no color in the show and I like how you went about it! For the black hair reroot, do you use a glue to keep the hair in or does it hold well enough without it?

This was genius! Also I don’t know much about hair rooting but I’ve seen other videos of them putting glue inside the head after doing it, just curious as to why you didn’t do it. By all means educate me 😇

She's gorgeous! Apparently if you oxiclean that you use on clothes it takes the glue out of the hair. Might be worth a try.

I can see it working on glues with a rubbery texture but she straight up had super glue on her hair and it melted it a smidge

Hey. Very pretty custom. You’re one of the biggest reasons I want to try customizing dolls myself. But I am wondering. What do you use to seal the paint? You said you used a spray before painting, but can you please tell us what exactly you use? Very many thanks ❤

Hey! I'm super glad I inspired you to customize dolls yourself. It's super fun! I use msc (Mr. Super clear in matte UV cut). It's the best thing but it's also very fragile. The best thing to get a feel of it is to experiment. I hope that helps 💖

Her hair needs to be more black, her eyes are not green, she is too cuppie doll-like, her skin is not pale enough, and she needs gloves.

I should've specified, it's more Harley as Shego rather than SHEGO herself. I wasn't going for 1:1 and wanted her to be recognizable as Harley hence why I didn't give her different colored eyes. Thank you for holding me to the highest standard tho! 💖
