I think a cool idea would be a lunch where everything is a different color of the 🌈. You could do (main) tomato soup, (veggie) orange bell pepper, (fruit) pineapple or golden kiwi, (snack) pea crisps, (treat) blueberry yogurt, (drink) grape juice. Have a nice day 😀

If you do the rainbow lunches again, maybe try canned salmon or fresh salmon as the protein for orange or red? you can make the salmon the same way as tuna, like a salmon salad sandwich or just salmon salad with crackers, its super yummy! I wouldn't go with pink salmon though, its flavor is not quite as good, and its paler, but its still yummy just not as yummy haha!
