I play this track for my love who is in hospital in palliative care. She spends most of her days sleeping now. When she hears your birds she sometimes smiles and her face opens up, eyebrows raised and I can see she is dreaming a lovely dream. The birds bring her out of her medicated sleep and lighten her brow. I hope she is dreaming she is at the lake, having a lovely cup of hot coffee, out on the deck watching the and listening to the birds and enjoying nature. This so far has been the best track on You Tube for our needs here in the Hospital, it is just perfect. Thank you

I don't usually comment on white noise videos but this one warrants a comment. This is the best white noise video I have ever used for studying. I have gone through my fair share of lofi music, classical music, tv-static-like white noise, rain sounds, waterfall sounds, and binaural beats, but this video is the only one that I have been able to tune out while it keeps me tuned in, if that makes sense. I forgot it was playing until I saw the KZfaq tab open. I have bipolar, depression, and autism, all of which make my focus non-existent and make me feel super overwhelmed when I try to work.
