both me and my dog hate loud noises but in a few hours here is going to be hell (people exploding fireworks in the streets for the new year). We're going to stay in this room in the basement, and i'm going to provide him with a soft pillow, lots of chew toys and a speaker with this music. I hope it helps, he's just a puppy and i really don't want him to get too scared...

Lol your dog will be totally fine. Yes the night may be stressful but once they wake up the next morning they’ve completely forgotten about it 😂 also you should go to the vet and get some anti anxiety medication for days like the Fourth of July and new year’s eve. Much easier than letting your dog get insanely freaked out

I hope you and your pup made it through the night alright. I understand about your sensitivity to sounds. I've been that way my whole life and becoming hypersensitive as I've gotten older/having more time to experience life. With me I have not only a physical sensitivity but also a spiritual sensitivity as well. Learning many wonderful things as we go along in our own orbits and crossing paths with wonderful people on here that bless you with the ability to overcome anything. Whatever has been troubling you will trouble you no longer starting today. Today is THE DAY of Turn Around. Talk to whatever is troubling you and tell it out loud, "No no no, you're not troubling me any longer because today is my day of turn around and you gotta get on up outta here! Dog gone it I have a blessing on me and things are going to work out for me and they already are now"

To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1 liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone 🎧 • A tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well. Herbal rocks, too! ☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨ •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder : After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight 😴🧸

The friendship is sort of already tainted with the change of feelings - thats the way life goes, you turn your head and nothing is the same again, stuff flys past you. The cruelest part is the not knowing what you have until its gone thing, one of our big flaws. Speak your truth to them, you want them to be with you if they will be, you don't want to be something so that they are with you. No need to people please. And another thing, you said you're kids - well not all of those friendships last anyways. Take the risk, don't be afraid. Bad stuff that shows up might be the best thing that happens to you and you won't even know it until later. You're little, but you'll be big soon. Stay brave.
