@@homegupshup Nothing very different as such, I add a few corn kernels as I like the bite along with the crushed corn and I always put a small piece of cheese in the middle to ensure the cheese corn ball remains intact while frying. However I do know now that grated cheese works too. And yes, a few torn curry leaves cause I like in the south of Indian 🙈

I am so much reminded of the chops we get in Calcutta. During my college days, we used to hog on the chops in our college canteen.
