We had our dog on a leash in the backyard back in the days. It was metal hook. Our dog got out of it and ended up going to the primary schools. That most likely good while u a watching him. I definitely see Rocko getting out of that especially when he is going crazy

Hope your dad gets better mate it’s pretty stressful wondering. Spend as much time with him as you can .
