I have lived in Florida for 12 years now and the best time to come is late fall or winter or until may. Summer is our rainy season and also sometimes hurricanes. We went to Disney world for 10 days last Oct and only a little sprinkle one day.

I went to DisneyLand a lot as a child, as I lived in California…have lived in Florida for 10 years now and have never been to Disney World!

Always bring rain gear. The ponchos are pretty cheap online and at places like Walmart. Bring them in for everyone and stash them at the front of the park in a locker you rent. We also stash a cooler with lots of frozen waters. Great money saving tip. I’ve never seen the Halloween party in the daytime. We go to the nighttime one (going soon) you can get into the park at 4:00 but party doesn’t start until 7-1:00. Treat stations stay open the whole time. Great fun.
