At my age in the later 50’s it becomes extremely apparent how important a good diet and regular good night sleep is for a healthy body, sound mind and even temperament without using sleep drugs. These sleepy stories could usher us all into the golden years with our brain tree still healthy and full of branches and stories and memories! Sweet dreams dear beloved sleepyheads! I love every one of the stories on your channel. I feel these ones should be labeled sleep hypnosis or sleep meditations rather than stories because they are a different type of story than a plot story, love them all

The video is lovely but I have two critiques those being that the river Thames doesn't move through all of Britain and Ephone should move through the rivers Humber and Thames , and Britannia wasn't the origin of the Celts Gaul and Germania were most likely there origin place

So disappointed because I would have loved loved to hear this story. Because of my PTSD, I can only listen to Thomas and Simon. I miss out on so many good ones! Like Winnie the Pooh and several others. I have to relisten to the ones I have and would truly love a new one read by Thomas or Simon. Nothing personal against Elizabeth
