In nyc they have Delis where you can customize exactly what you want you can do salmon, choose from 50 crewm cheese flavors, do a bacon egg and cheese

love this one sm. the other place ur thinking of is courage bagels. its fire . layla is inspired off it. and to answer jt's question these places are both montreal style bagel. sam's is more similar to a new york one (fluffier rather than crispy)

I'm vegetarian but an egg and cheese with home fries (or hash browns) and hot sauce on an egg-everything bagel is the go to for me! (Live an hr out from NYC in CT)

I used to live in NYC (just moved to LA) and bagels in NY in my experience have been more of a a quick grab of an everything bagel with cream cheese + cucumber/tomato (I don't eat lox but that is pretty common), and IMO Layla's is much better, but it's more of an "elevated experience" than the typical NYC breakfast :) My roomie and I are obsessed with Layla's lol

Have you ever thought that the reason why you have low white blood cell count and how inflammation in your body has manifested in terms of acne… is a result of your boob job? Breast implant illness. Think about how the body responds to a foreign bacteria! Our immune response is so good at attacking and getting rid of foreign bacteria. So think about how it feels with 2 foreign plastic objects in its body… it will attack and attack. Not coming from a place of criticism , I study and do research in neuroscience and physiology and I’ve seen this before.

so hard to watch you take that pumpkin oil. looked like it made you sick. I would recommend considering using it but using it topically and just put it on your face directly. :)
