Loved this video. The shot of you and your husband out in the field with the rain falling just made me cry. We are small farmers and we are parched here in South Central IL also. We got almost an inch of rain yesterday and it was GLORIOUS! Thanking God for every single drop!

Sis, you were wondering whether your video had enough interesting, helpful content and from another sis in Christ to you, I love your channel because you display the worship of beautiful homemaking in your natural every day life and that is lovely in itself! I’d guess most of your viewers who also adore you and your family feel likewise. Worshipping the Lord in your delightful homemaking and loving your family on your beautiful farm is what we love seeing. The other helpful topics on gardening, recipes etc are fun, too, but what you display is lovely in all you do for Him because our culture more than ever needs to see other mamas loving their lives as they love their families. I value this as well! ❤🌻

Thank you so much for the devotional in today's video., it really hit home with me. I live in a very small town in west central Pennsylvania but I grew up in Pittsburgh. I speak differently and dress differently than the people who live here and often get criticized because of this. Your lovely devotional has reminded me to be true to my self and to trust in God. Oh wow what an awesome devotional! Thank you for sharing truth on this channel. You saved the best for last. We live in Texas and are going through a heat wave. The highest heat index was 132. Please pray for us all and for rain. That’s great that you are sharing with your children how God answers prayers. I have to say that since I’ve watched your channel, I’ve really takes a liking to the types of dresses. They are beautiful pieces. I’ve been trying to find more linen this past year and it’s hard to find it locally. Thanks for sharing and have a blessed night!

Rejoicing with you! So many of us are in dangerous drought’s. I love seeing my nieces and nephew talk about how they prayed for rain and God gave it. They can visually see the answer to prayer.💜

This video was not lacking in anything, actually it totally absorbed my full attention, and I got randomly emotional when it started raining. Thanks for sharing the tender moments like your daughter laughing and dancing, the sweet moment with your husband in the field. The whole video was so special and artistic, displaying God's goodness I just loved it.

As a farmer's daughter I remember the fear of not raining and also when it rained whole summer and it ruined everything. (In Finland) So happy for the rain! Praise the Lord!❤ Your videos are never a waste of time. You give so much.❤

I am also in PA (South Central). This rain was so needed. Praise the Lord, my garden so far is thriving! My husband, in addition to being a pastor is a landscaper. The weather is crucial for him too. We could definitely use some more as things haven't quite recovered yet. Lord willing, He'll send some more 😊

I'm in southern Indiana and it rained ALL day long today and is raining romorrow as well, so maybe your neck of the woods will get some this week too!! Our part of Indiana hasn't gotten real dry... We have a huge garden, fruit trees, etc and everything has been getting rain pretty well. We've had to water everything some, but not too much as some other years!

We are in South Central PA. We praise God for the rain we so desperately needed. But, we could definitely use more. Everything is so dry. Most of Pennsylvania in under a drought warning. God Bless you and your beautiful family!

As usual, your video was a breath of fresh air (with a wondrously refreshing rain to enjoy, as well). The background music is relaxing, and your content is always so enjoyable, no matter what happens to be the focus. The reading from New Morning Mercies was meaningful. I purchased that book a few months ago and need to read from it more often. I hope your crops and garden drink up all of that sweet rain and produce nice crops for your family and other farmers in the area.

I feel your pain when it comes to drought ! Especially as farmers . Here in central Mo . We have had around an inch since early May and yes it splits or goes around us . At least no lawn mowing . We might need to start feeding the beef cows our winter hay . We are grateful that our main income does not depend on rain right here on our farm . So thankful you got rain! The peachy dress doesn’t make you look washed out but gives you an orange glow in my opinion. So not terrible .

A really lovely video and so interesting to see firsthand the story of the weather worry and then the eventual showers. Something unscriptable and therefore precious. I mentioned in a comment a while ago that youd introduced me to Paul Tripp's devotional. The passage you featured was remembered from a few days ago and it was so nice to hear you read it out and share in the inspiration.

The name of the devotional is "New Morning Mercies" by Paul David Tripp, it was released in 2014, sadly Paul David Tripp radically departed from the faith in 2018 and now teaches the Marxist deconstruction and social justice which have no place mingled with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. MARANATHA

We've had too much rain here in Bulgaria. There are floods in a lot of places, crops ruined, roads washed away ;( It's unfortunate that we can't all have the weather we need.

New to the channel and I just wanted to let you know that you have such a lovely family and this video was like a small refuge in my day. The devotional you mentioned New Morning Mercies was written by Paul David Tripp, if you do a search of his name and false teaching you will find he has departed from the faith and is now teaching deconstruction and social justice in the name of "balancing the Gospel." I believe the devotional you are referencing was written before he began his blatant and marxist teaching, however when you reference his book many people may take that as an endorsement. The scriptures warned of the apostasy of the last days Church and sadly how many would depart from the Faith. Just thought you should know. MARANATHA

Just tie the bottom of the white cotton fringe shirt in a knot at the bottom in front. You will get a nice flattering look and still have less bagginess as well as still maintain the length in back to cover your bum. 🙂

All the fashions are cute and modest. That’s a nice combination. Our son recently made his 10 year old daughter change out of “Bike” shorts before we went out because he said they we too revealing. I am so glad that he encourages a modicum of modesty even though we are not “plain” people. 👍🏻😉❤️

🤍this. Seeing the parts of your every day things you share are unmeasurably valuable to my heart. I am a big sister but don't have one myself & enjoy seeing women a step further in life than myself. the way you handle yourself and your eyes have got me thinking you have something very, very precious and I am left feeling inspired by that more than anything else. I think the deep blue color is beautiful on you! And I like the coral color as well, especially, I think, with your hair down or in a half up with a white ribbon.
