2 cups white rice ( basmati)
1/2 cup raisin, washed
3tbsps. oil
3 cups water
2tbsps. butter
1 medium onion dice
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1/2 cup celery
1 tsp habanero pepper
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp. garlic powder/ scallions
1/2 cup green onions
1 green bell pepper dice
