Ingredients :
500g high protein flour/ bread flour (高筋面粉/面包粉)
2 tbsp milk powder (奶粉)
60g caster sugar (细砂糖)
1 tsp sea salt (海盐)
260-300g Active sourdough starter/Levain (酸种)
220g water (水)
1 large egg (蛋)
50g unsalted butter (牛油)
100g raisins (葡萄干)

Love this recipe and i had tried baking it. I cut it after letting it to cool for 2hrs but the bread is damp and dense in the middle not fluffy. Where could i went wrong?
