I struggled with my skin for yearssssss!! In the same spots you have them and I Very self conscious about it so I understand. I didn’t really wear makeup but some things I changed that helped clear it was : •instead of drying my face with a towel I’ll use a paper towel so it’s disposable • I would change out my pillow cases every 2 days to a new clean one •I stopped talking on the phone with the phone to my face •I used the dial antibacterial soap first and then my regular face wash Also depending on where I was, the water would make me break out! So annoying but I finally don’t have bad breakouts anymore.

Loveeeee the weekly vlogs boo I love the home video looks in some of the clips Real classic old school I had breakouts and hyperpigmentation most of my life n I don’t wear makeup ..(possibly because my moms sister didnt.. Honesty , you have to get used to ur face the way it looks naturally in order to build that confidence within My skin and hyperpigmentation DID NOT clear up until I changed my diet. It’s not just about the external.. (as you age , ur skin ages too so your always gonna end up finding a new routine that works best) Pero por me, I had to stop eating meat (very oily , and also not good for the digestion..) you can start with just introducing plant based materials into ur diet . I simply just compared how I looked and how my stomach was feeling sore and post my pescatarian diet and it’s night and day honestly . I also don’t drink soda and if I drink juice it’s only lemonade, cranberry or tea I still eat a lot of snacks cuz I love snacks cuz I loveee snacks so I still get a pimple or two , but I never though I would be the type to only get a pimple or two n then it goes right away .. ofcourse because of my skin routine (is cheap af) All u really need is the proper victims/oils toner / sunscreen Trust me , I’m turning 29 and go to school with 18-22 yr old that think I’m there age all the time . Ofcourse eat what u like But just incase you wanted to know how to permanently change ur skin . Exfoliation is also everyone’s bestfriend .. one was or twice a week .. but since u wear makeup , twice a week It’s similar to if u wanna permanently change ur body , keep it tone and fit, you exercise.. (I just dance and swim lol I applaud ppl for that gym shit lol.. but also , my body isn’t toned as a consequence (which is fine lol) The mind body and soul work in conjunction .. u get out what u put in ..you get what u out out into the universe Which is also why we are polite and sweet and assertive and giving/ meditate/therapy etc .. My acne is gone, and my skin texture has improved so much.

years ago I saw a youtuber suggest not scrubbing your face in the morning, just wash it with face wash and water and moisturise and scrub or exfoliate every other day at night. When skin is agitated it can cause excess sebum and more acne. x

Try not to touch your face so much thru out the day because your hands carry bacteria, also make sure your washing your face for 60 seconds. It’s also good to double cleanse, especially when wearing makeup. Try the panoxyl face wash
