राजस्थान के कोटा में कांग्रेस द्वारा नीट पेपर लीक समेत बिजली-पानी जैसे विभिन्न मुद्दों पर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया गया. इस प्रदर्शन में कांग्रेस प्रदेश अध्यक्ष गोविंद सिंह डोटासरा ने भी हिस्सा लिया. वहीं, गोविंद सिंह डोटासरा ने अपने संबोधन के दौरान सीनियर आईपीएस ऑफिसर के खिलाफ बेहद आक्रामक अंदाज में नजर आए. उन्होंने कोटा रेंज के IG को न केवल सुधर जाने की नसीहत दी, बल्कि उन्हें घुटनों के बल चलवाने की धमकी दे डाली. डोटासरा ने कहा, आईजी रवि दत्त गौड़ अपनी आदत से बाज आ जाएं अगर कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ता आपके पीछे लग गए तो, सीएम भजनलाल और ओम बिरला भी नहीं बचा पाएंगे
