If Chandramuki -2 is a scene by scene remake of Nagavalli 2 in telugu / Aaptharaksha in kannada , then it may not work out .. Lawrence get up as king is not that good 😢

I think it's not because both the films had 5 to 6 songs but CM 2 has 10 songs. And kangana alone has 4 songs with kala master as choreographer. In both the films comedians didn't had much screen space but since vadivelu is in CM 2 he might have a lot of screen time like CM 1. And from p vasu sir and kala master's interviews I can tell that CM 2 may not be the remake of Nagavalli and Aptharakshaka.

When vasu sir met kangana to narrate another script for her,She then told the script made for her was superb,she became emotional at 2 or 3 scenes... Later she asked Vasu sir about his next film ,He told he is doing chandramukhi 2.....After sometime Kangana told vasu through another person it seems that she is wishing to do chandramukhi. She came to shooting spot without even hearing Story ... At shooting spot for a whole day upto 4 pm they asked Kangana to turn her face in different angles and Made her show around 60 emotions... After completing the shoot only, she asked them what is the time. He tells here how much interest does Kangana had in making the scenes
