Kriya- means Work Pactice is called abhyasa in Samskrit. Yoga as Krishna defines is " Perfectness in all work ,word and deed". Yogananda's book should be read with a dictionary for he has used many difficult English Diction to explain his experiences!

There is a free online copy of the book available in the net. However i would say it is a must to have a physical copy at home for your family members. Name of the book is Autio Biography of a Yogi. Tamil version is available in the name of our yogiyin suya saritai.

This can easily solved with Tablets my family member had this problem and heard voices and attempted suicide. Now she is in Mental depression tablets like risperdone , serequel etc And leaving normal life for 6 years now
