He’s so underrated. Kids these days act like he’s not good because he couldn’t hit 30 foot shots. He’s an amazing defender and one of the best floor generals ever. He is the definition of one.

Kids these days will never know how insane and crazy this man is. His passing ability is one of the best plus he is great on defense too. One of my favorite players of all time.

I'm quite sure nobody underestimated him in his prime, he could dominate a game even without scoring. His prime was just too short.

@@teteskone41 it's becasue his team was bad, if you're a passer you can only benefit off of good scorers, once kg and pierce got dealt he had no one left, then he bumped all around the league. If he had a good team throughout the 10s he would be an all time great

Agreed but it's sad that injury of his did really set him back when he was doing his thing in his prime he was the best PG in the averaging the most assists in the league in the flashiest of ways imo Rondo will retire a HOF player 🏆

I remember 10 years ago, I got a Rondo jersey for Christmas. Wasn't rooting for the Celtics tho, I was rooting for the Warriors. But I got the jersey because I liked Rondo as a player. I watched Celtics games too, mainly because of Rondo, KG, and Pierce. Rondo's Passing ability and Defense is on a whole another level back in 2010. I will Never forget that moment.

An amazing point guard with innate ability to control tempo know where his guys were and how to find them in there best spots. Facilitated a team of hall of famers as a young guy and got a ship enough said.

He is my fav pg ever. Just knows passing lanes, he may be then best passer and creator ever. Two time champion, he was playing like his Boston self in the Lakers title, would love to see him and Westbrook play together, defense and transition is unguardable
