Yeah, you have a point too. But then maybe the reason why the podcasts are generally in English is because of the two reasons, first for these kinds of big startups need a common language which everybody knows and thus English comes into a play as most the educational institutions have English as the main language to be learned.

3:52 While finding a problem, it doesnt necessarily be your problem. If you put limitations tonsolve only the problems you are facing directly, there might not be big problems - However big the potential of your idea is, the exact problem you are solving today you should keep your ego aside. Not all things you have to do in your comapny are interesting. You have to manage it 12:20 - 13:16 interesting - the first users should be the ones who would continue to be loyal to you, no matter how many mistakes you make. Theyll keep complaining but in the end of the day they'll use your product only. 17:38 - 18:02 wow - Social Commerce is more of impulse buying rather than intentional buying -Data cant be an afterthought It has to be thought from the beginning - Learning from books is much slower than learning from individuals. Best way is to network with people and learn directly from them - To read Uber engineering👀 45:48 - 46:39 amazing idea

A yet another insightful podcast.....I find Raj's podcasts more insightful than any other podcasts out there and it is because he talks about core business and trys to structure the content in such a way that if a person wants to know about business...he shall just watch out a couple of podcasts by Raj Shamani. Just could'nt stop myself from taking notes despite I hate writing and taking notes 🤗🤗

Until Indians get over this “IITian IIMian” overhype, Startups will remain out of reach of the other not so lucky ones! Talents are not just found in particular schools and the greatest of men in history have proved it, but firstly the opportunies are out of reach for the other side of the mass

Exactly! I have gone through similar horrible experience as a seller. Fake orders, high returns are the biggest drawbacks of meesho. Social Commerce will never succeed in India. Meesho will soon be in trouble once the funding dries up and probably that's why they're shifting to Inventory Model to some extent same as the way Flipkart and Amazon functions

They'll definitely shut down in the next 4-5 years. Seems like the upper management is totally away from ground realities, otherwise they won't be burning investors money till day and would have revamped or shutdown it. A total garbage brand and business.
