Ingredients:
6 Bread Slices
1 cup Processed Cheese
1/4 cup Mixed Bell Peppers
1 tbsp Green chilli, finely chopped
2 tbsp Onions, chopped
1/4 tsp Black pepper, crushed
2 tbsp Milk
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Butter
Method of preparation:
For the mixture:
In a bowl add cheese, add milk, black pepper, salt and mix well.
Add vegetables, mix well and our cheese mixture is ready.
Flip the slices once they are brown on one side.
Open Face:
Heat a pan, butter the slices of bread on both sides, keep the gas on a medium flame and let the slices toast.
Give the slices a press so that they get grill marks and then fill them.
Transfer the slices on a plate.
Start filling the slices, place it on the pan and cover it and cook it till the cheese melts.
Transfer the pieces on the cutting board and cut it into desired shapes.
Our Chilli Cheese Toast is ready to serve.

Heat a pan, butter the slices of bread on both sides, keep the gas on a medium flame and let the slices toast.
Transfer the slices on a plate.
Spread the mixture on a slice and cover it with another.
Place it on the pan and fry it until the cheese is nice and soft.
Transfer the sandwich on the cutting board and cut it into desired shapes.
Our Chilli Cheese Toast Sandwich is ready to serve.
