Do not call politicians in such debates bcz they simply politicizes the issue rather to take stringent actions against these kinds of internal threats . This type of debates is of national importance and must be concluded.i urge all these academicians and officers to put forth their excellent reviews rather than criticizing one another. I have been watching these rajyasabha debates for long but most of the time it has unconcluded.

The bullet can never be an answer to such issues. All government top leaders know that they are culprits and tactically defending itself. bjp spokesperson was mostly useless in this. professor mam and crpf sir were excellent. thank u Rajya Sabha for this debate

C pal singh's view is nice. People who are stopping developmental works by violence have political motives. I don't think any normal tribal man will have any problem with roads or school construction.

Amrita prakash the government has already dont that.. their bosses wants full freedom to operate a parallel government there also they want each and everyone given equal amount of wealth throughout the area.. is that possible.. how will you feel if someone comes to you and say that the cellphone or the pc from which you are commenting on this channel is not somebody else's think about it.. they are demanding nonsense.. that's why the government has no option but to supress the movement like it was started.. By force.

Responsibility of Development(majorly) is a state subject ,which is not happening in these areas . Why not these areas should be combined and make a UNION TERRITORY. Then development and security both can be coordinated by the center.

Gaon me Pradhan Sc,St,OBc are pradhan and as soon as they become Pradhan,make a new house,buy bike,new mobile.and loot full 5 years along with govt secretary.if you give parallel administration,conflict will emerge. Deviding farmes land the govt made labour to all big farmer and the rural worker.Earlier neither farmer,small jamindar and rural labour tribel never go to city for earning. And now Farmer,small jamindar labour all are searching for job in the city.

Good Standard eduvation and free education to tribes is the only solution.After getiing quality education 20 yaars all problem will be finished. Article 5 will have only 4-5 rural members only they will loot .villagers will b only dumb spectators

Very balanced views of socio mam...this naxalism is created by govt by use of exploitative policies and partly by unethical forces who often resort to gross human rights voilation also the biggest tragedy of inidia wh is its electronic media except few chanels is a stake holder in self preptuating naxilism
