18:40 smaller kids naturally need more attention, elder kids can feel left out. a great solution that worked was includethe elder siblings in the care of the smaller kid, it teaches them responsibility and they don't feel left out, or feeling the young kid is taking away all the love of the parents, the siblings develop a better bond as well this way. it doesn't need to be big things anything small works well, it makes them feel that they are important and not left out. when you tell the elder kids to do something it should be given not as a chore but as a task to care for the siblings. This way you also get free from small things, and younger siblings tend to look up to their elder siblings so theyhave more fun and behave better as well. it's easier for kids to relate with kids no matter the age rather than adults :)
