● 1 cup semolina rava (200 grams) (રવો)
● 3 tbsp gram flour (ચણાનો લોટ)
● 1/2 cup buttermilk (છાશ)
● 1 sweet corn kernels (200 grams) (અમેરિકન મકાઈના દાણા)
● 2 inch ginger (આદું)
● 3 big size green chillies (લીલા મરચાં)
● 1 big size finely chopped onion (ડુંગળી)
● 3 tbsp finely chopped capsicum (કેપ્સિકમ)
● 2 tbsp coriander leaves (લીલા ધાણા)
● 1/2 tsp turmeric (હળદર)
● 3 tbsp corn kernels (મકાઈના દાણા)
● salt as per taste (મીઠું સ્વાદ મુજબ)
● 1 sachet eno (ઈનો)
● water as required (પાણી જરૂર મુજબ)
■ to temper:- (વઘાર માટે)
● 1 tbsp oil (તેલ)
● 1 tsp mustard seeds (રાય)
● 1 tsp white sesame seeds (તલ)
■ other ingredients:- (અન્ય સામગ્રી)
● oil as required (તેલ)
