✔️½ cup walnuts
✔️½cup cashew nuts
✔️½ cup pistachio
✔️½ cup mix seeds +1 tbsp flax seeds
✔️½ cup raisins
✔️½ cup black raisins
✔️½ cup dessicated coconut
✔️1 cup soft dates
✔️1 tsp ghee
✔️2tbsp honey
✔️1tsp vanilla essence
✔️ 2tbsp melted brown chocolate
✔️2 tbsp melted white chocolate
