@@pareeshaslaughter6798 I'm talking about what's being promoted especially from the female side of things since it's so many of them and it feels like they are actually running hip hop....... every music video or performance you see of them it feels like your watching softcore porn....... I mean for every trina, salt and pepa and lil kim, you had mc lyte, queen Latifah, missy elliot , foxy brown, eve, rah digga, remy martin, da brat And even then none of those chicks really came off as ratchet...... @pareeshaslaughter6798: "To Pimp A Butterfly" & "Mr. Moral And The Steppers" are only 2 albums. 1988 produced well over 20 classic albums in that 1 single year alone & 1989/1990 it was almost the same. It's hard to get 20 classic albums out of this century alone. I just turned 52 & i cosign what @chasenickles260 is saying. Rap/Hip-Hop went from being a beautiful amazing artform that we called the Black CNN to a bunch of degenerate, ratchet bullshish! Most of these new aged rappers can't sell records or sell out shows. Rap/Hip-Hop is in serious trouble & nobody wants to admit it. Instead i get called a hater & an old head by young rap fans.

I’ve been following and been a fan off this incredible artist Career, his confidence is on a whole other level. I love LL so…….much I hope to meet him one day and just say thank you so…….much for all your contribution to Rap Music and your ability to just be yourself with no apology. I’ve watched him all these years and have learned and taken from him how to be who you are as an individual, he’s definitely a huge influence and inspiration in my life. I also have to give the same credit to Mc Lyte she’s definitely one off the females that have provided the same kind off sentiments in my life that I’ve stated about LL.
