oh my,yes. You have watched a few house tours. Yes, all lights on before, off after. And always, always start at front entrance. Don't edit so we lose where we are! Just some constructive tips! I do not think this house was any where near worth $7 million..Only money items were the beautiful fall views from every window. Thanks for video!

While this house was clearly the most expensive home in the 2023 Parade of Homes, it wasn't even the nicest one in North Ridge. The one on Foxfire for $5M is a nicer home.

Couldn’t finish the video, I was lost, we started in the mud room and I couldn’t get a feel for the flow of this beautiful home. Please redo the video from the front door so we can get a flow of the home….

Please stop flipping the camera when you move to another room because you do not get a sense of the floor plan. Also, you are spending way too long in the rooms. I watched this at double speed and it was still too slow. Thankyou for sharing though.
