View and Navigate Roadbooks from Rally Navigator.
Imports PDF Roadbooks from Rally Navigator Desktop software (www.rallynavigator.com) to load and display Navigation Roadbooks.
Rally Navigator produces Cross Country or Road Rally format and automatically highlights Cross Country Roadbooks just like the Dakar Rally.
Users can share Roadbooks via email, text, Google Drive, My Files, Drop Box Etc.
Phone App works as Rally Computer in Landscape view: Odometer, Compass, Speed, Time of Day. No Roadbook is displayed.
Odometer adjustment and Roadbook scrolling can be controlled by Bluetooth switch gear.

Hi, could be an option to switch volume buttons to operate as page scroll. That way you can use BT remote or wired earphones with volume buttons to scroll the roadbook.

Looks cool, I just downloaded it and will be testing it out. What would be really cool if you could integrate the road book with the GPX file so they automatically move as you are riding

Looks very good, but landscape mode is missing.. It's a dealbraker for now because it is very hard to read the Roadbook in portrait mode on a phone. Do you have plans to allow also a landscape mode?

I suggest using a mini tablet (i use iPad mini 4 with GPS) on a bike for navigation. A phone screen is small and hard to read in portrait and landscape.

@@RallyNavigatorOnline Looks good indeed; but I have the same requirement.... landscape mode on the smartphone. Because of that limitation I use piste roadbook instead... pls have a look how piste roadbook makes it happen in landscape mode. Digits are larger and better readable in landscape mode.. OK you have to scroll more but I believe it has more advantages being able to read bigger digits /tulips/icons and distances with a little more scrolling than portrait mode where the digits are smaller and harder to read when driving on a motorcycle

Does it scroll on the app as you ride the course you create ??? Like auto track progress

Question- My Rally organizers only hand out a printed A5 version and must be used on a Manual Book holder. I can live with that if I coul use my Cell Phone as a full function (custom reset) Odometer. Any suggestions?

The app will work in landscape as a Rally Computer. Currently you need to load a PDF first, then switch to landscape. Soon, the app will work as Rally Computer in landscape without a PDF loaded.

We have now updated the app so you DONT have to load a PDF to access rally computer mode. Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
