Can you use any bones at all? Like sup drag bones?

@@calvinengle2020 You can use most bones. Higher level bones give more bone shards. For example, I tried a superior dragon bone and it gives 121 shards per bone. Which translates to 605 prayer experience per bone. I don't recall what wyvern bones give exactly, but it is around 50 bone shards each.

I would also add if you want this method to be the most afk, don't bother with the waterfall rocks, just mine the standard rocks. The waterfall rocks may be 15% faster but the deposit goes a lot faster, i can afk for up to 3mins on the normal rocks, about 30 seconds on waterfall rocks. I have mined over 35k shards, gone from 54 mining to 70. prayer xp was 210k, very good, even more so as an iron, plus tp from the moth. A dragon pick is recommended too. The wyrmling bones feel pretty weak when you first get them, but they actually convert to 600% of their base bury value when you use blessed sunfire wine. It's sooo sick and tons of prayer xp from the moons

Xp rates are a bit deceptive with Prayer as the overwhelming amount of time is spent collecting the bones, and using better bones also gives drastically better rates of xp. This is even more true for bone shards as there's just so many different ways of getting them that tracking all the rates would be a bit tricky. Processing the Bone shards was giving me well over a million/hr though, some of that time spent chiseling down bones as well, so it is a fast method comparable to ectofuntus but a bit more chill imo to actually make all the materials.

Totally agree. There should be inexpensive or easy to attain, very low xp/hr options for all skills. Up next hopefully should be construction.

Just bones (can't do Sun kissed bones, but those don't have to be blessed). So unfortunately you can't bring your full stack of wines there, you will have to bank every now and then.

Every wine is good for 400 bone shards! it will automatically fill the bowl back up so a full inventory of wines can be good for like 11k shards

Why not kill red dragons in the forthos dungeon? Its also crafting xp and you can keep prayers up

@@b1O15 rip, well I recommend it big time. You can safespot the red dragons there. I enjoy how passive it is. Plus they drop grubby keys for pots and regen

​@TW-fs3fj yeah I did that during trailblazer. Make sure you take nature runes and heaps of thread and needles and craft items to alc to pay the tanner. Easy to safe spot, great for training ranged or mage up.

Mining gives you bone shards which you have to turn in to get the prayer xp. No prayer xp from the mining itself.

Yep, it does not give prayer xp just for mining, just shards! You have to go and turn in the shards.

I just TP to a bank, and then Fortis teleport -> Bird back there. I think it's a bit faster than finding the closest bank.
