He really is. I met him 2015 before the series. Daniels line was huge. Johnny had a few. When I got to him he didn’t have anyone behind me. So we bs’d a little about karate. He Even did a few lines from the movie for me. “I’ll decide when he’s had enough man!” So cool.

Most actors become really good friends when they're in a project together because otherwise they'd go crazy working together for months or years at a time. The cases like Tom Cruise & Kelly McGillis absolutely hating each other during Top Gun are the exception, not the rule.

I don't recall seeing William Zabka in anything since Karate Kid 1984. I'm amazed at how good an actor he is in Cobra Kai. No one delivers a dry, clueless, hilarious one-liner like him!

He did some well known movies after Karate Kid, like just one of the guys, back to school, national lampoon's vacation but faded in the late 80s and early 90s was doing low budget stuff. But you're right he's great at what he does
