'The Big I Am' is a book by Steadman that tells the story of God. Definitely worth picking up.

I got this book last Christmas. It’s a wonderful addition to my Steadman collection. There was a hot minute in the late 90’s/ early 00’s where it was easy to amass a Steadman collection at Half Price Books.

What a beautiful volume. I have the issue of the Comics Journal where Groth interviews Steadman. I also have the doco ‘For No Good Reason’ on DVD.

Ralph did some gorgeous landscape paintings of various regions of Chile for Montes wine labels. His labels for Flying Dog brewery are a nice juxtaposition to them as well. Great video.

Amazing artist. It would be interesting to hear your opinion on Steadman’s “brothers in ink” - Gerald Scarfe and David Hughes. Hughes’ “Walking the Dog” and “The Pillbox” are brilliant graphic novels.

Awesome to see you guys branching into graphic work outside of comics. Another interesting draftsman to look at would be Milton Glaser. A very broad range of work, mostly based in drawing. It's clear from looking at it that some of the work in Otomo's 'Kaba' must have been influenced by him.

Gahan Wilson, Bill Plympton next? How about Rick Geary (hehehe, been asking for this for ages)? Great video guys. It's works like Steadman's that helps inspire and expands a cartoonist's bag of tools.

I see a lot of Gerald Scarfe. Steadman's first wife accused Scarfe of plagiarism.
