he actually had a lot of faults going around the goal instead of the blind not holding a correct fuss not holding a correct bark and hold being focused on the decoy and not the handler this is the world championships, there will be different standards than for a simple club competition

This is a world championship. The judging is going to be tough. There has to be a distinction between excellent, very good, good, satisfactory and failure. Handlers and their dogs compete at national championships,in order to qualify to be selected for their nation’s team at the world level competition. Imagine that you are the dog/handler team with the perfect, or near perfect performance. Would you want to see this team awarded equal points???
