Completed my M65-B build last night with Black Inks V2's (Krytox 205g0 Lube). Sounds so good.

I don't know if I'm the only one, I just received an iced M65-B, but I can't find the four M3x6 for the sides (8:45). Unlike the video they were not preinstalled (6:43), and after building I don't have any screw remaining. The keyboard is amazing anyway!

This is so nice, cant wait for mine to finally arrive. Kinda sad I did order hotswap instead of soldering PCB though.

@@miguelacero2993 I just like to solder and back when the group buy was live in late 2019 I had not really done it so I choose the "safer" way. There is not really anything better or worse with either method. Hotswap is just more flexible since you safe yourself from desoldering if you want other switches. I have some other kits coming like the Kara which was only Hotswap so I would use those boards for trying potentialy new switches I am interested in in the future.

@@benfrainuk Yeah I had to order spacebar set from the same supplier but then they were out of the modifiers.. I didnt want to buy the full set as most of the keys caps I have already.. So ended up buying different modifiers.. My keyboard will probably look so dumb haha

Hey folks. Quick question: the spacers should add some hard spots on some keys, right? If so, would it be possible to skip the spacers?

@@jonahoxman7232 just making sure because Taekeyboards skipped the spacers for his kara build. Was wondering if the same is applicable for the rest of their keebs

@@12345678946513 if you skip the spacers you can't take all the switches out at once, because the pcb would not be secured to anything. So I would recommend installing the spacers if you plan to swap switches a lot and don't want to have to take one switch out, insert another switch, take one switch out, insert another switch, etc.
