If the time that generated by the Change of the season is used there will be conflicts and injustices among the inhabitants of the Earth, even also againts with the intent of the Word of ALLAH which should be the source of legal provisions. The time of the Fajr and the Maghrib Prayers as well as the other Prayers should always THE SAME every day in the time REGARDLESS the sunrise and sunset from that area. Then people who are in the north pole or at the south pole where the change of DAY and NIGHT ONLY ONE A YEAR caused by the swing of the Earth, should use a certain STANDARD TIME where one day there is 24 hours as applicable in Torrid Zone and in Temperature Zone . And in one day they are obliged to perform five times Shalat according to their schedule. The solution in this regard is to observe the following Scriptural intent: أَوَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ إِلَىٰ مَا خَلَقَ ٱللَّهُ مِن شَىۡءٍ۬ يَتَفَيَّؤُاْ ظِلَـٰلُهُ ۥ عَنِ ٱلۡيَمِينِ وَٱلشَّمَآٮِٕلِ سُجَّدً۬ا لِّلَّهِ وَهُمۡ دَٲخِرُونَ 16/48. And the Moon WE decide its orbit then it repeats Such as increment starts (for calendar) لَا الشَّمْسُ يَنبَغِي لَهَا أَن تُدْرِكَ الْقَمَرَ وَلَا اللَّيْلُ سَابِقُ النَّهَارِ وَكُلٌّ فِي فَلَكٍ يَسْبَحُونَ 36/40. The sun does not reach the Moon nor the night PRECEDES the afternoon. Each is moving in space. Which is easier, God to chose a prophet from the Arabs from the people who worship Him or to chose a person like the self proclaimed prophet from Mecca in Arabia who is born into polytheism when aldready God has His own people? Which is easier for God to send a prophet to the Arabs at end even after the Messiah or to send prophet to Arabia before the Messiah? Which is easier, God to make His prophet to perform miracles so that people believe he is God sent or someone like the self proclaimed prophet from Mecca who failed to perform miracles?
