We use the same pastry sheets for samosas and also cut them into thirds. So delicious❤️ loved having your mom there and translate too, Mashallah great video❤️

Lol I loved the urdu translation! I'm bengali and i know English because I'm in the UK but I still understand some urdu but just can't really speak it lol. It was nice to just listen to it and see what I know lol. I wanted to thank you so much for this video!! It’s so helpful. Im so excited and would like to make these in the next couple of days. Can you give the recipe for the spices for each one please, I really need it I’m not as experienced with spices. Example: Beef ground/keema samosa- 1 tsp or tbsp- pepper 1tsp or tbsp- cumin

for the beef samosas, i add the green onions after the meat has cooled down. it freezes better that way for me

For the samosa we actually use one sheet so its really crunchy and instead of egg white we use a paste which is just flour and a little bit of water. Anyways your recipes are so helpful 🙂
