Do you know why women are at the back at every prayer? It's because no woman would want to stand in front of men bowing and going into prostration, it would make any woman uncomfortable and uneasy, we don't know what type of men will be standing behind us and staring at us and our hips and back, it's to prevent ourselves from this discomfort, Allah has ordered us to stand at the back. Just because you see women in the back, doesn't make them inferior or discriminate them. It's for our own safety and comfort. Personally I wouldn't wanna stand in front of men whom I don't know are gonna stare at me when I'm gonna go down into prostration. Also same thing with my family members, even if my father and brothers won't look at me weirdly, i would still feel uncomfortable bowing down in front of them and they being behind me. And no, just because a woman is standing behind, doesn't make it sexist or discriminatory. And most of the time, women don't pray with men, we have our own mosques and prefer to pray with women, but if we are praying with men, i would rather stand behind them and pray comfortably than pray in front of them uncomfortably and keep checking my outfit if it's proper.
