Why is certainty not islamic, I have to be certain in my belief in Allah almighty and his messenger (PBUH)....i have to be certain in my faith in the judgement day, belief in angels etc... shouldn't i be certain in imaan....or sheikh meant something else? I want to know....or maybe certainty in imaan is required but it's not the case when someone claims to be pious or enlightened or scholar etc?

Allah Almighty says, Invite ˹all˺ to the Way of your Lord with wisdom and kind advice, and only debate with them in the best manner. Surely your Lord ˹alone˺ knows best who has strayed from His Way and who is ˹rightly˺ guided. - Surah : An Nahl , .Ayat: 125 {And those who strive for Us - We will surely guide them to Our ways. And indeed, Allah is with the doers of good.} [Al-`Ankabut 29:69] {but Allah guides whom He wills. And He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided.} [Al-Qasas 28:56] That is their sum of knowledge. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who strays from His way, and He is most knowing of who is guided. Surah An Najm,ayat : 30 O you who have believed, do not follow the footsteps of Satan. And whoever follows the footsteps of Satan - indeed, he enjoins immorality and wrongdoing. And if not for the favor of Allāh upon you and His mercy, not one of you would have been pure, ever, but Allāh purifies whom He wills, and Allāh is Hearing and Knowing. Surah: An Nur, ayat: 21

Devil himself could take anybody’s face in a believer’s dream and give deception to anyone but can’t one’s face. Who? Prophet Muhammad (may peace be upon him) Indeed, He (mpbuh) was sent to humanity as a Mercy. But he (mpbuh) died un 632. How would I find him? Ans: Quran & His authentic Hadith, His (mpbuh) essence is and will be there for any seeker as per promise. Please note: No one is the best example but He Himself (mpbuh)🫶

What about people who praise themselves? Is it best to gently advise or remain quiet?
