I don't disagree with you in-toto. But technical knowledge is not always a prerequisite for some ministerial roles because subordinates are the ones usually tasked with giving ministers accurate information. Except a few portfolios such as in Finance and Law (maybe sports and entertainment), most of them just require good administration skills.

Education, which is important for driving social change in our communities. Home Affairs. And since it's their only portfolio, correctional services will probably be run like an absolute clockwork by the FF+
