A couple of ppl had been requesting me to cover this awesome track composed by one and only Bappi Lahiri and sung beautifully by Usha Uthup ji.
first time I hard this song in the year 1998 when I had the privilege to watch Usha Uthup Live show in my college. what a production. later I had the opportunity to share the stage with Usha didi once but this song was not part of the set list.

Perfect so many chords and transitions ..patterns ..todays songs cannot create such basslines ....that bass era is gone ..u are playing octaves with hammer on thats really hard ..and one place u used an effect if i am not wrong

This is a octave pattern.. So I used my thumb to play the lower notes.. Same technique as palm muting but without the mute.. 😊

Another great playing bro! Mind blowing! Didn't you try this with a Jazz bass? I thought Jazz bass would have been more close to original (don't mind of course). Who is the original player of this bass-line BTW?

Thanks bro.. Original artist is Chranjeet Singh. 🙏🏻 I played over original track.. Jazz bass was not cutting through over original tone.. So I played in Rock Bass.. And original is played with a pick I guess..
